Carolina was born in her native Brazil where she began dancing at a young age. During her forming years, Carolina performed at some of the most well known competitions including the Prix de Lausanne and was invited to perform in the Youth America Grand Prix.
Carolina was soon noticed by The Australian Ballet School and was offered a scholarship in 2010 to attend for her remaining training years.
In 2013, Carolina successfully received her Graduate Diploma in Classical Ballet from The Australian Ballet School and finished her year working within The Dancers Company. Following her graduation, Carolina moved back to her home Brazil to accept a contract with Sao Paulo Dance Company for 2014 – 2015.
Carol joined Melbourne City Ballet as an Emerging Artist in 2015 before being promoted to Junior Artist as of 2016. 2016 was a very big year for Carolina who appeared in many soloist and principal roles including “Dracula”, “Romeo & Juliet”, “Madame Butterfly” and “Napoli”.
As of January 2017, Carolina was promoted to Company Artist with Melbourne City Ballet.
